Artie Loftis has been int HVAC business for over 38 years and is VP of AMLoftis since its inception, originally as M&B Mechanical. His experience in HVAC and Electrical ranges from all areas of commercial and residential and Multifamily, Senior Housing, and Student Housing.

Lori Moorehead

Lori Moorehead has been in construction accounting and purchasing for over 18 years and has extensive knowledge of all AIA, HUD, and all construction related documents. She also has control of employee e-file requirements, OSHA compliance, and safety training for all employees.
